WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

• Coordination of the process of formulating the hospital's cyber security, proposal of changes and cooperation on their implementation,
• creation of the vision of the hospital in the field of cyber security architecture and its presentation to interested persons,
• a proposal for the use of a suitable methodological framework for hospital safety management,
• design of security measures or management mechanisms for risk reduction, setting of rules and standards in the hospital, including cooperation on their implementation,
• implementing robust security controls and technologies to prevent, detect and respond to cyber threats,
• participating in updating the cyber security strategy and other ICT parts,
• creation and maintenance of a cyber security architecture model (process model, organizational structure, application architecture, technology, etc.),
• evaluation of the implementation of the hospital's cyber security architecture model according to the established metrics,
• cooperation on audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• You have completed min. secondary education,
• adequate experience in the field of cyber security for large organizations for at least 2 years,
• knowledge of Act No. 181/2014 Coll. on cyber security and ISO 27001 at the level of performance of the work of a cyber security architect,
• general knowledge of legislation/standards/information security (e.g. GDPR, OWASP, NIS2, NIST),
• the advantage of certification for the performance of the role of a cyber security architect or other relevant certification,
• knowledge of cyber security solutions in the cloud environment (MS Azure, AWS, etc.),
• knowledge of tools and technologies for monitoring and detecting threats, such as SIEM, EDR/XDR (preferably MS Defender 365), NDR, IDS/IPS, FW, AV,
• knowledge in the security of end stations, servers, networks and applications,
• analytical thinking and presentation skills, professional appearance within the team and the entire hospital,
• the ability to see the solution through to the end, detail oriented, the desire to develop and work on oneself,
• English at the level of technical documentation,
• you can show us the moral and civil integrity (pure criminal record).
