Join the team of the Informatics Department of the General Teaching Hospital and become part of a workplace that provides daily IT support for hospital employees. The position is also suitable for high school graduates who want to start their career in IT!

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

• Receive, record and process user requests, 
• communicate by phone and email with internal users, 
• provide basic IT support and solve common user problems, 
• forward more complex requirements to specialists and subsequently check their solutions, 
• work with internal information systems and requirements recording,
• collaborate with colleagues across the Informatics Department.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Min. secondary school education (focus on IT is an advantage) – the position is also suitable for graduates, 
• Excellent knowledge of the Czech language is required,
• Knowledge of English at least at a communicative level, 
• Good communication skills, decent demeanor,
• You have good knowledge of the MS Windows operating system,
• Knowledge of Windows operating system and MS Office,
• You have basic knowledge of computer hardware,
• You are able to work independently and in a team,
• You want to learn new things and you are flexible,
• An active approach to work, diligence and responsibility are not alien to you,
• You can provide us with a moral and civil integrity (pure criminal record).
