WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

• Covering the area of personnel controlling,
• draw up a wage plan in accordance with the hospital's strategy,
• monitor the drawing of salary funds within the hospital and by individual departments,
• analyze and continuously evaluate the results of drawing labor costs,
• communicate within the hospital with individual workplaces in connection with the drawing of salary funds,
• process statistical reports, substitute performance,
• communicate with external entities (eg IHIS),
• compile personal expense reporting,
• create ad hoc reports according to the needs of the hospital.
   

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have completed min. Secondary school of economics,
• you have experience in the field of human resources or controlling,
• experience in the field of personnel controlling - min. 2 years,
• you can work with a PC (MS Office), Microsoft SQL, data warehouse, Power BI,
• knowledge of the OKbase personnel system is an advantage,
• you are able to work independently and in a team,
• you have knowledge of AJ,
• active approach to work, responsibility and diligence are not foreign to you,
• you want to learn new things and you are flexible,
• you can show us the moral and civil integrity (pure criminal record).
