The aim of the course is to acquire and deepen theoretical knowledge and practical skills with which the midwife acquires professional theoretical and practical knowledge and skills for performing and evaluating ultrasonographic examination.

The course is designed for:

• for midwives after completion of the adaptation process and qualified for the profession without professional supervision, with at least one year experience at US workplace.

Schedule:

The total length of the program is 12 months, totaling 210 hours.

Theoretical part - 60 h.

Practical part - 150 h.

Dates will be set according to the number of candidates.

Theoretical part: lecture hall of the Department of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology 1. Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and VFN in Prague, Apolinářská 8, Prague 2,

Practical part: Department of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology, 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and VFN in Prague, Apolinařská 8, Prague 2; The Department of Ultrasound Diagnostics and the Center for Fetal Medicine and an accredited workplace of the listener's choice.

 

Termination method:

Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will receive a certificate from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

  

Course price: 

15 000 CZK

The participation of an employee of the General Teaching Hospital in Prague is CZK 1,000
