Project brief:

The project is implemented with the support of Modernization Fund within the call Energy Efficiency in Listed Public Buildings (MODF – ENERGOV No. 2/2023).

Its goal is to reduce the energy consumption of the building of the Neurology Clinic of the General University Hospital in Prague, located on Viničná Street. The planned savings in final energy consumption will also reduce the overall operating costs of this building.

The project will implement comprehensive energy-saving measures, including: installation of LED lighting, insulation of perimeter walls adjacent to unheated spaces, insulation of ceiling and roof structures, replacement of window and door panels, modernization of the heating source including the heating system, and installation of photovoltaics on the roof of the building.

These modifications will not only reduce energy consumption, but also contribute to environmental protection and improve comfort for patients and staff.

This project is co-financed by the EU Emissions Trading System through the Modernisation Fund.
