WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?
- Plan construction investment investments
- Manage the economy of investments and subsidies
- Manage and control investments from preparation to implementation
- Ensure control of buildings and other investment projects
- Responsible for the implementation of construction-related investments in one of the largest hospitals in the Czech Republic
- Dealing with suppliers of construction investments
- Lead and motivate a team of employees
- Prepare documents for public contracts and own subsidies

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- You have finished min. High school education
- You have experience in evaluating investment projects economically
- You are familiar with subsidy programs and their use for construction projects
- Demonstrable knowledge of project management and public procurement law
- You are experienced in investment management of at least € 1 million
- You can work with MS Office on an excellent level
- You are resistant to stress and are not afraid of new challenges.
- An active approach to work and responsibility is not strange to you
- You are independent and reliable.
- You are eager to learn new things and are flexible with your time
- Can you prove us moral and civil integrity (pure criminal record)
