Today we planted sunflowers in the Catherine Garden again to support people with multiple sclerosis. We participated in the educational campaign Let's Light Up the Czech Republic, which is organized by the IMPULS Foundation Fund in cooperation with the General Hospital, the Neurology Clinic and the MS Center, and the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. The aim of this event is to raise awareness of the disease, its symptoms, and treatment and rehabilitation options. The sunflower was planted by our Deputy for Non-Medical Professions Mgr. Dita Svobodová, Ph.D., MHA, prof. MUDr. Dana Horáková, Ph.D. from the Center for Demyelinating Diseases, doc. MUDr. Lukáš Zlatohlávek, Ph.D., Deputy for Medical Care, and Ing. Kateřina Bémová from the IMPULS Foundation Fund.
