WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

• Ensuring the agenda associated with the procurement of medical technology,
• coordinate the process of purchasing medical equipment with other departments of the hospital,
• record and process the requirements of individual workplaces for supplies of medical equipment,
• complete documents and documentation for the purchase of medical equipment incl. procurement documentation of a public contract,
• process overviews of purchased medical equipment, executed orders and purchase or framework contracts,
• liquidate invoices for the supply of medical equipment,
• optimize the deployment of medical equipment at workplaces and ensure procurement service (service contracts).
