Foreign students – Internship

Information for Internships for Foreign Students

If you are interested in an internship at our hospital, please proceed as follows:

1) Contact the workplace where you would like to complete your internship.

Agree on the internship date and supervisor

Contact persons for the most frequently requested workplaces

2) Then contact the Education Department:

Send by email:

• Agreed internship date and assigned supervisor (forwarded workplace email communication)
• Name, date and place of birth, permanent address
• Name of your educational institution/university – address, statutory representative
• Document forms that you need to fill out for your educational institution/university

or fill out and send the attached Questionnaire

Based on this information, you will be provided with:

• Internship contract
• ID card for the internship period
• Mobility agreement (Student Mobility for Traineeships/Research), Letter of Acceptance and more.

Information related to the professional side of your internship will be provided by the secretariat of the workplace you have chosen for your internship.
