Description: Certified course of MZ ČR

The certified course prepares individuals to acquire the special professional competence of a nursing and midwifery clinical practice mentor in the area of qualification training, specialized training for non-medical healthcare workers, and in the adaptation process of newly recruited employees in the field of nursing and midwifery.

Course Objective:

A graduate of the certified course Mentor of clinical practice of nursing and midwifery will be prepared to guide students of professional practice, participants of specialization studies and in the adaptation process of new employees in the field of nursing and midwifery.

Course determination:

The course is intended for general nurses and midwives who have completed the adaptation process and are qualified to practice the profession without professional supervision.

Course Schedule:

Theoretical part – 60 hours
Practical part – 40 hours
Total duration of the program: At least 6 months of education, according to the alternative timetable in the total number of at least 100 hours of teaching.
