Organization and management in health - practical part
The goal of specialized education in the field of Organization and Management in Health Care is to prepare non-medical healthcare workers to perform managerial roles and functions, to strengthen their abilities to effectively develop their professional field, personality and organization by acquiring the necessary theoretical knowledge, practical skills, teamwork habits and skills independent decision making.
The condition for inclusion in the field is to acquire professional qualification to perform a non-medical healthcare worker pursuant to Act No. 96/2004 Coll., The Act on Non-medical Health Professions, as amended.
The graduate of specialization education in the field of Organization and Management in Health Care will be prepared to hold managerial roles and perform managerial functions. They will be able to effectively develop their professional field, co-create concepts and plans for the development of the organization, participate in creating a creative atmosphere in the workplace and in the organization, systematically approach problems, apply financial management knowledge and human resources development.
Timetable for Educational Program:
Professional practice for one week (5 days, ie 40 hours)
Theoretical part: NCO NZO
Practical part: Professional practice will take place at individual workplaces of General Teaching Hospital under the guidance of the assigned supervisor.
The term will be determined by the number of candidates.
Completion of specialization study is conditional on:
- completing theoretical and practical training; including the fulfillment of the required professional experience at the workplace of the accredited facility confirmed in the study card and the fulfillment of the performance included in the training program confirmed by the respective trainer / trainer
- successfully passing the attestation test.
