On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, we officially opened the new Oncoffee café and a new volunteer project in the waiting room of oncology clinics at the Faculty Polyclinic of the VFN.

The Oncology Clinic of the VFN has officially opened a café for patients of oncology outpatient clinics. The head nurse Monika Vondrová and the head of the Volunteer Activities Center Ilona Kyršová have made significant contributions to the establishment of the café. The name Oncoffee was chosen directly by the employees of the oncology outpatient clinics at the Faculty Polyclinic.

VFN volunteers will offer coffee to patients here on weekdays from 8:30 to 11:30 and create a more pleasant environment while waiting for an examination or treatment.

We would like to thank Mr. Roman and his staff for their long-term support and cooperation with the Volunteer Activities Center. Thanks to their financial support, we were able to have the café furniture made and purchase a quality coffee machine. Mr. Roman also regularly provides the café with coffee, tea, and small sweets for patients.
