WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?

As a general nurse in the gerontopsychiatric department of the Psychiatric Clinic, you will:

• Active member of a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct group and individual activation and patient education
• Participate in comprehensive nursing care
• Work according to a set schedule – perform social skills exercises (strengthening self-sufficiency, motivation, making contacts)
• Direct participant in activities (psychotherapeutic techniques, occupational therapy, creative techniques, environmental therapy, physical activities)
• Collaborate on modern approaches to the treatment of mental illnesses (enhancing adherence, compliance)
• Maintain documentation
• Assess functional abilities and risks in patients
• Use de-escalation techniques
• Cooperate with the clinic's central reception, the Emergency Medical Service, the Czech Police and community service providers

• You have completed your university education
• You have the professional and medical competence according to the Act 96/2004 Coll. 
• You have at least begun specialized education, psychotherapy training is an advantage
• You are a graduate or a seasoned pro - all of us have doors open
• You are interested in the issue of mental illness
• You are working with PC at user level
• An active approach to work and responsibility is not strange to you
• You are able to work alone and in a team
• You want to learn new things and are flexible
• Can you prove us moral and civil integrity (pure criminal record)
