Processing of personal data for the purpose of inclusion in a selection procedure for a job position
By sending your CV and other documents, you grant the company General University Hospital in Prague, with headquarters U Nemocnice 499/2, 128 08 Nove Mesto, ID number: 00064165, consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of conducting a selection procedure for current and future job positions.
Your personal data will be processed to the extent of the data provided in your CV, motivation letter or other documents that you provide to VFN in connection with the selection procedure. The processing period is 3 years from the date of granting consent or until its withdrawal.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to kariera@vfn.czThe withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to its withdrawal.
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- request correction of inaccurate or outdated data,
- request the deletion of personal data,
- request restriction of processing,
- to object to processing,
- on data portability,
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
