Negotiating and managing conflict situations in a healthcare facility
The course is intended for non-medical health care professionals - it is possible to take it independently or in a loose relation to a certified course Management and leadership in a healthcare facility.
Target:
The course is intended for all who need to agree in their work (and outside it), whether it concerns dealing with colleagues, co-workers, business (or non-business) partners or superiors. Simulation of negotiation situations and modeling of optimal negotiation and conflict management are important parts of the course. The experience of these activities will enable you to react correctly in the real situation, help you to quickly select the appropriate strategy and tactics.
Course Topics:

what is negotiation - essence, principles when to negotiate, resources of manager - negotiators, team negotiations,

human factor in negotiations, coping with emotions, the most common mistakes in negotiation,

negotiation process and strategy, strategic moments of negotiation,

practical exercises on specific case studies.
Schedule:
Course duration: 3 days, 34 hours in total
Interactive instruction: 24 h
Self-study: 6 h
Preparation of own presentation and final verification of knowledge: 4 h

Termination method:
Upon successful completion of the course, the participant will receive a certificate from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
