The course is intended for non-medical health care professionals - it is possible to take it independently or in a loose relation to a certified course Management and leadership in a healthcare facility.
Target:
The course is intended for workers in non-medical health professions who already work in leadership positions or are preparing to perform a leadership position - it can be completed independently or as a free follow-up to a certified course Management and leadership in a healthcare facility.
Course Topics:

what is negotiation - essence, principles when to negotiate, resources of manager - negotiators, team negotiations,

human factor in negotiations, coping with emotions, the most common mistakes in negotiation,

negotiation process and strategy, strategic moments of negotiation,

practical exercises on specific case studies.
