Special Payments Department
Special Payments Department is located in the main premises of the General Teaching Hospital in Prague:

In particular, the department provides:
- issuing invoices for treatment to foreign nationals
- communication with domestic and foreign health insurance companies,
- issuing claims for unpaid invoices
- collection of advances and payments for medical treatment of foreigners in cash and by credit cards.
Special Reimbursement Department employees are able to communicate with patients in English and Russian and at the same time ensure payments are received by all types of payment cards by the terminal located in the General Fund of the VFN (A5 headquarters building, 4th floor).
