On Tuesday, June 9, the 4th annual Health Day will take place at Charles Square in Prague 2. This is a unique opportunity for the public to undergo a series of preventive examinations in one place, completely free of charge, without a referral from a general practitioner. Come and do something for your body and health!

Health Day is organized by the General University Hospital in Prague together with the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic in cooperation with the State Institute of Health and the Hygiene Station of the City of Prague. The event was under the patronage of the Minister of Health Mgr. et Mgr. Adam Vojtěch, MHA, the Deputy Mayor of the City of Prague Ing. Alexandra Udženija and the Mayor of the Prague 2 district Jan Korseska.

• When: Tuesday, June 9, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Where: Karlovo náměstí, Prague 2 (in the park towards Faust's house)
• Admission: Free, without appointment and without a doctor's recommendation

A town of mobile clinics in the fight against civilization diseases

The event is aimed at preventing common diseases of civilization, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and skin cancer. A town of mobile clinics with top doctors and specialists from the VFN will grow in the park on Charles Square.

The great value of prevention was confirmed last year, when hundreds of people took advantage of the program. Our health workers detected a number of cases that needed to be monitored and treated immediately.
