Analyzer Laboratory
It performs preliminary immunoanalytical urine tests for selected drugs. The results are used to screen out negative samples, positive samples need to be confirmed by a specific confirmation method (GC-MS, LC-MS/MS). The second analyzer is designed to determine the levels of selected drugs in serum.
Daily and STATIM operation.
GC Laboratory
Focused on the analysis of volatile organic compounds, especially the determination of ethanol in blood for medical and legal purposes (two independent methods). It also performs the detection and determination of methanol, glycols and other volatile substances (e.g. solvents) for the diagnosis of poisoning and monitoring of therapy.
Daily and STATIM operation, possibility of individual analyses after consultation.
LC-MS / MS Laboratory
It performs determination of levels of a wide range of drugs (see the Laboratory tab), confirmatory analyses (e.g. ethyl glucuronide, benzodiazepines, buprenorphine), screening for unknown noxious substances and, last but not least, detection of amanitins in suspected poisoning with green fly agaric.
It includes research activities and participation in external quality controls (UKNEQAS, GTFCH).
Daily and STATIM operation, possibility of individual analyses after consultation.
GC-MS Laboratory
He specializes in the confirmation of drugs and their metabolites in blood and other biological materials, forensic analysis, and screening of unknown noxious substances.
Daily analyses only.
LC-HRMS laboratory
Focused on the examination of intoxication with an unknown noxious agent.
Daily analyses only.
Laboratory of fungal and plant toxins
Performs microscopic identification of poisonous fungi and plants in biological material as well as in food or plant samples.
Daily and STATIM operation.
