Project brief:

The project builds on the results achieved by the project "Quality in the General Teaching Hospital", which was implemented in the years 2006 - 2008 under the JPD3 program, and its aim is to further develop, expand and improve the system of further professional education of non-medical staff (technical and economic staff). .

This group of employees has long been out of the systematic education process. The aim of the project is to remedy this situation and, based on the elaboration of the results and findings of the previous project, to create a system of further professional education of non-medical workers in health care.

The key activities of the project will include a minimum of 500 employees from various groups of non-medical staff of the General Teaching Hospital (auxiliary and service staff, TH staff and specialists, VFN management, internal lecturers and auditors). Specific training programs will be created and implemented for individual employee groups, and language training will be provided for selected employees. The output of the project will be 5 new programs of continuing vocational training and 40 new courses including methodologies, curricula and materials, new tools for evaluating the effectiveness of education will be created and the IT registration system for course participants will be updated and completed. We are also planning to obtain the accreditation of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports for two programs of continuing professional education (a program for service and support staff and a program for TH staff and specialists in health care).

This project is co-financed by the European Social Fund.
