Online ordering for screening mammography

Mammography screening is a preventive examination intended for women aged 45 and over. It is performed once every 2 years only for women without breast problems (i.e. women who have not felt a lump in their breast, do not have a newly inverted, peeling or otherwise changed nipple). For these preventive examinations, a two-year interval must be observed between each examination.

With a request from a gynecologist or general practitioner, the examination is fully covered by the insurance company.

Without a request form or in case of failure to comply with the examination interval, the patient will be required to pay a fee of CZK 1,000.

Examination price for self-payers:
Mammography 1000,- CZK
Sonography 800,- CZK

You cannot book a sonography (ultrasound) using this form. If you book, your order will be automatically cancelled.
