Internal Clinic of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the General Hospital of Prague, the Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the General Hospital of Prague, the Society for the Treatment of Tobacco Dependence and the Working Group for the Prevention and Treatment of Tobacco Dependence of the Czech Medical Association of Prague.
