The organization of the congress, held in the Prague Congress Center, is a significant success of the Czech Endocrinological Society and at the same time the III. Internal Clinic – Clinic of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and the General Hospital. The Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is the Head of the Clinic, Prof. MUDr. Michal Kršek, DrSc., MBA, who also works in the Congress Program Organizing Committee (POC). Together with him, the LOC member is doc. MUDr. Jan Jiskra, Ph.D., from the same clinic.

The congress returns to Prague for the second time in its history, the first time the Czech capital experienced this event was in 2010. It will welcome leading experts from all over Europe and other parts of the world. The inspiring program will offer the latest findings from clinical and experimental endocrinology, expert discussions, plenary sessions, a Meet the Expert section and industry symposia. Participants will be able to follow the program in person and online via live broadcasts and recordings on the congress platform.

This year is also special as it marks 20 years since the founding of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE). The organizers are also emphasizing a more environmentally friendly congress and will make most of the materials available electronically via an app and online platform.
