The certified course "Negotiating and managing conflict situations in a healthcare facility" for non-medical healthcare professions will take place on dates 12/3, 26/3 and 9/4 2025.

The course is intended for everyone who needs to come to an agreement in their work (and outside of it), whether it concerns negotiations with colleagues, co-workers, business (and non-business) partners or superiors. An important part of the course are simulations of negotiation situations and modeling of the optimal course of negotiations and handling of conflict situations.
