Highly specialized comprehensive cardiovascular care center for adults VFN

All centers of the hospital that provide care in the field of cardiology and angiology are part of the Center for Highly Specialized Comprehensive Cardiovascular Care for Adults of the General University Hospital in Prague.

The VFN cardiocenter includes:

• II. internal clinic - cardiology and angiology
• II. Surgical Clinic - Cardiovascular Surgery
• Department of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine
• Cardiological part III. internal clinics

By focusing their care, cardiocentric clinics cover the entire spectrum of procedures in cardiology and angiology, so that the content of the requirements for highly specialized complex cardiocentres is met.

The Complex Cardiovascular Center also includes a ECMO center.
